| The NPO Corporation Partnership Center has been promoting environmental
conservation activities with people’s participation at international and
local level in Fukui Prefecture since 1990. It has been successfully involved in practical mountain ecology conservation education in Fukui Prefecture since 2002. Starting in fiscal year 2009, NPO Corporation Partnership Center is working to promote global sustainable development by linking culturally and environmentally diverse areas in six river basins in five Asian countries through an environment education network in collaboration with national partners in South Korea, China, Mongolia and Myanmar. |
